Jim was a founding member of Forseti and always an inspiration in the early days. We miss our friend and leave this here as our homage to a wonderful human being.

Phil Carr - Director and Lead Instructor

Hi, I am Phil and not only am i one of the directors here at Forseti but I am the chief instructor as well. I have worked within the hospitality sector for well over 15 years for some large named corporations. I have been involved in training new staff and management in these area's and wanted to move into a more rewarding role full time.

I have also worked in the night time economy and events sector for well over 20 years, practicing first aid, physical intervention and conflict management.

I am passionate about helping others to achieve greater things for themselves and have set up Forseti training with that in mind. I look forward to seeing you on one of our courses soon!
